Oceanfront Coastal Apartment

Positive: - Great location: one of the building exits leads directly onto the beach, and there are two supermarkets in the same building complex with decent prices (cheaper than in the mall in Sharjah). - Beach access with sunbeds and umbrellas is free. - The apartment has a dishwasher, a washing machine, dishes, and cookware. - Friendly host who helped with requests and questions via WhatsApp. Negative: - Every night there was a strong sewer smell coming from outside, making it impossible to open the windows. - We saw several cockroaches in the apartment and in the rest of the building during our stay. - They do not respond to messages on Booking, only via WhatsApp. - There are not enough power sockets: to use the electric kettle you need to unplug the microwave, and in the bedrooms you either charge your phone or use the bedside lamp. - The lighting in the dining room is very dim, even with all the lights on. We had to buy a brighter light bulb ourselves. - There are no universal power adaptors. - The shower curtain does not prevent water from spilling all over the bathroom floor.
